Dave and his crew made a horrible experience turn out great. I had a tree fall onto and into my house! It ripped off the siding and tore a hole into the side of my house. When Dave arrived and surveyed the damage, it wasn't as bad as I thought- thank goodness! He patched the hole, replaced the siding and even cut the tree up. The house looks perfect again. I am so thankful I found DH Services to help me with this. I will definitely be giving him a call next time I need help with my home! Thank you Dave! You have a loyal customer in me!

Unfortunately homes need repairs. Lucky for us, we were able to find a very good, affordable home repair specialist. We actually had Dave come out to our house to look over a few things that needed to be done. He gave us a quote and was very fair in his pricing. He completed the work in a very timely manner and did a wonderful job. We will definitely call him the next time we can use his services.

If you’re looking for a highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, no-pressure, no-hassle, honest company, we highly recommend DH Services & Construction, Dave Frank owner. We contracted Dave for a sound proofing project & painting. Dave researched all available sound proofing options & developed a customized estimate for each room. DH’s employees did a great job prepping, completing the work and clean-up. After the paint job was complete, my wife wanted to change paint colors. Because DH is a 1 of a kind company, always willing to go that extra mile…Dave agreed to repaint (provided the labor free-of-charge)…There is no one, no one like Dave. DH is 1 in a million.

Dave and his crew are great- they arrive on time and quick to return your calls, if it is not answered. I was amazed when I read in some elses review that he reurned calls in a timely fashion and they were right. DH Services did a great job on our kitchen and new hardwood floors. I am looking forward to using them again.

Dave did a bathroom remodel for us and it was beyond beautiful. He updated our 1985 masterbath into a very modern and sleek design. He always had great communication and wonderful suggestions. He was very booked which is a good thing, but was well worth the 3 month wait. We will for sure be using him for our next project of hardwood floors and many other projects around the house. Recently hired DH Service to do kitchen remodeling and to take down an old structure in my backyard. DH did an amazing job on both tasks, and also provided a lot of good advice while they were here. Very polite, courteous, friendly employees. I Highly recommend this contractor.

Dave and his team at DH Services performed a minor miracle with our master bathroom remodel. I can honestly say that working with Dave on this project was the best home service experience I have ever had. As mentioned in other reviews, Dave’s commitment to communication and delivering the results he said he would deliver, truly set him apart from other contractors. DH Services cannot be beat when it comes to value, communication and incredible workmanship. I only wish I could include pictures of the wonderful job they did on our bathroom. I won’t hesitate to call Dave for my next project or recommend him to anyone I know who needs work done right.

I hired Dave to gut and renovate my dated bathroom. Before the work ever started, he gave me a detailed estimate on the spot and was willing to answer any questions. The work was done well and on-time, and throughout the process, he was easy to reach and reassuring. Additionally, he was reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and certainly would seek his assistance for any future projects.

I found Dave and DH Services through Kudzu and I have been extremely pleased. He is very busy (which is a great sign in and of itself) but kept in touch regularly during my waiting period. His estimate was well prepared and he stuck to it. If revisions were necessary (usually due to my request), the estimate was revised in writing before the work began. When he and his employees were at my home, they were focused, respectful and friendly. Their attention to detail was/is appreciated, and if a problem was identified, they attended to it immediately. I whole-heartedly recommend DH Services and hope you have the opportunity to use their services to meet your home repair and improvement needs.
